Joe Griffin has worked as a recording engineer since 1990. In that time, he has created radio and television commercials for several major advertising agencies, including twelve years as head recording engineer for Ogilvy & Mather Chicago, where he recorded and mixed over three thousand radio commercials. His experience also extends to industrial audio and video, music recording, sound design, sound restoration and forensic audio treatment.

Steve Baldwin is an accomplished producer, video editor and sound recordist. He handles pre-production planning and logistics for all Toxic Bag projects, and has edited numerous feature-length films and television commercials.
